Architect

Basis Architectural Office is looking for an architect to join the team!
What we need from you:

Portfolio and CV
Obligatory profile education (architect or landscape architect)
Knowledge of ArchiCAD and SketchUp, Adobe package
Desire to do the job well and internal need for development

What's to be done:

Explore design areas, walk in parks, breathe fresh air
Make concepts based on what you've learnt
Develop these concepts in more detail with related specialists
Develop the P&D stage in the architecture team and under the guidance of the lead architect/GAP.
Work through our ideas with contractors

Lead architect

We're looking for a Lead Architect

What we need from you:

Portfolio and CV
Compulsory profile education
Experience in landscaping, development of working documentation, knowledge of standards.
Experience of working with related parties
Experience of author's supervision (desirable)
Knowledge of programmes: Archicad/Revit, Autocad, Sketch up

What you need to do:

Ensure that projects are in line with the TOR and that tasks are completed on time
Study the design areas
Make concepts based on analyses of input data
Develop working documentation
Participate in working meetings with the technical customer
Follow up the implementation of design solutions on the construction site.

In 2017, we started our work with a small team of like-minded people. After several years of continuous development, Basis is an architectural bureau with a team of more than 40 people united by a common goal - the improvement of urban areas and cultural objects.
