The residential quarter includes a variety of residential and public building typologies: high-rise towers, urban blocks of varying heights, a kindergarten, and a school.
In addition to the main landscaping of the residential complex, our bureau developed an adapted landscape design for the school site with a total area of 1.45 hectares. The territory can be conventionally divided into two main zones: a closed courtyard and an open sports core. The latter accommodates outdoor playgrounds for different age groups, multifunctional sports courts, as well as a football field with running tracks. The inner courtyard features an amphitheater and a plaza intended for school assemblies.
The key objective of the adaptation was the design of play spaces and the development of a comprehensive planting concept. The extracurricular recreation areas are conceived as spaces for play and social interaction among students. These include a soft-brick Jenga set, tic-tac-toe games, and poufs. For active recreation, table tennis tables with spectator stands were provided. For extracurricular classes or after-school programs, we created a dedicated area equipped with chalkboards and group tables.
